Ingredients:
Party wings: 12Shaoxing wine (紹興酒): 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Honey: To your taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 375*C.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix chicken wings, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a big bowl.
- Put wings in a zipper bag or food storage container. Fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Pan-fry wings on medium heat until brown.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Brush wings with honey. Turn over. Brush the other side with honey.
- Bake for 10 more minutes or until done.
