Baked Salmon
Couldn't forget the delicious baked salmon I had in Norway. Decided to make one today. It's easy and irresistible!

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet: 1 lb
Butter (softened): 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
White wine: 1/2 cup
Pepper: 1 tsp

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet: 1 lb
Butter (softened): 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
White wine: 1/2 cup
Pepper: 1 tsp
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425*F.
- Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or greased with olive oil.
- Mix butter, lemon juice, white wine and pepper in a small bowl (seasoning).
- Pour the mixture onto the salmon.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
