Baked Salmon

Couldn't forget the delicious baked salmon I had in Norway. Decided to make one today. It's easy and irresistible!

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 20 min
Total time: 25 min
Yield: 2 servings


Salmon fillet: 1 lb 
Butter (softened): 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
White wine: 1/2 cup 
Pepper: 1 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F.
  2. Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or greased with olive oil. 
  3. Mix butter, lemon juice, white wine and pepper in a small bowl (seasoning).
  4. Pour the mixture onto the salmon.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes. 
  6. Add salt to taste.
