I had crispy tortilla chips (my dip: salsa ranch) and buttered corn (a popular snack in Hong Kong^^) for breakfast.
Crispy Tortilla Chips

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
Tortilla: 1 piece
Olive oil: 1 or 2 tablespoons
Salt: About 1/3 teaspoon
Pepper: About 1 teaspoon
Other spices: Season to your taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*C. (If you want the chips to be drier and browner, set the temperature at 400*F max.)
2. Brush both sides of tortilla with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle your favourite spices. (The chips taste good even with only salt and pepper.)
4. Cut into triangular pieces.
5. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn over the chips. Bake for another 5 minutes.
6. Let the chips stand for 5 minutes before serving.
