Baked Honey-Glazed Chicken Wings 蜜糖雞翼

Yield: 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

Party wings: 12
Shaoxing wine (紹興酒): 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Honey: To your taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 375*C.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. 
  3. Mix chicken wings, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a big bowl.
  4. Put wings in a zipper bag or food storage container. Fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Pan-fry wings on medium heat until brown.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Brush wings with honey. Turn over. Brush the other side with honey. 
  8. Bake for 10 more minutes or until done.
