Ingredients:
Dried bean curd sheet, shredded: 1 cup
Water: 4 cups
Yellow rock sugar: 2-3 regular pieces
Egg, beaten: 1

Yellow rock sugar: 2-3 regular pieces

Directions:
- Soak shredded dried bean curd in cool water until softened (about 1 hour).
- Boil water in a pot. When it boils, add bean curd.
- Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Turn heat to medium low and add yellow rock sugar (start with one or two pieces) according to your taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Stir in the beaten egg. Serve hot or warm.
